The Ontario Public Health Association (OPHA), in partnership with Health Nexus, will be hosting a twoday transformative learning event:

Intersectionality, Anti-oppression, and Collaborative Leadership in Practice

Collaborative Leadership in Practice (CLiP), is a bilingual (français, English) project to strengthen collaborative and equitable leadership in the non-profit sector.

As we work with others to influence policies and practices and address the determinants of health, the need to build equitable partnerships and networks is essential.

Learning how to incorporate intersectionality and anti-oppression in collaborative leadership practices can promote empowered work environments, dynamic partnerships, allowing us to more effectively support all members of the public.
